Information we collect
We store your name, email address, password hash, linked provider identifier, orders, subscription status, downloads, support messages and uploaded screenshots. Security rate limiting stores hashed IP-based keys temporarily.
Payments
Paddle processes payments as Merchant of Record. We store transaction and subscription references and order status, not full payment card details. Paddle’s privacy policy governs information handled by Paddle.
Social login
Google or Discord may provide a stable identifier, display name and email when you consent. Steam provides a Steam identifier and does not provide an email through OpenID. We use these details to create or link your account.
Purpose
We use information to authenticate you, verify email, fulfill orders, deliver files, maintain subscriptions, provide support and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information. Marketing email is not enabled by default.
Cookies
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Google Search Console verification does not itself add analytics. No advertising trackers are bundled. Payment and login providers may use their own cookies when you choose them.
Retention and requests
We retain records needed for service, security, accounting and legal obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; records subject to legal retention may be retained. Support screenshots should not include sensitive personal information.
Providers and transfers
Hosting, SMTP, Paddle and social-login services process necessary information and may operate in other countries. Review their privacy terms.
