Technical assistance
If a file is missing, corrupted or does not match its description, contact support so we can investigate and provide a correction or the remedy that applies.
Subscriptions
The $30 monthly plan renews unless canceled. Canceling stops future renewal and access continues until the current paid billing period ends. It does not refund previous charges.
Mandatory rights and Paddle
This policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and may process refunds, chargebacks or adjustments under its buyer terms and applicable law.
